From the Rhine Spring to Constance, Rhine bike Trail Part 1

A recommendation from our regulars
The Anterior Rhine (Vorderrhein) springs from Lake Toma, a small lake near Oberalp Pass in the Swiss Alps. After winding through Surselva Region and the wildly romantic Rhinedelta, aka Swiss Grand Canyon, it meets the Posterior Rhine, which spings from Paradies Glacier, in Reichenau and Bonaduz. From here on the river is called Rhine and passes Liechtenstein and Austria on its way to Lake Constance.
