Ruhrtal Bike Trail
Along the length of the Ruhr River
You travel on the Ruhrtal Bike Trail from the river head on the Ruhrkopf in the Sauerland to the Ruhr’s meeting point with the Rhine near Duisburg, the world’s largest inland port. Experience the beautiful countryside of the Sauerland with its numerous environmentally protected areas, nature parks and high meadows. Enjoy relaxing surroundings of mountains and forests on the first 2 days in the Sauerland. In Fröndenberg the landscape changes. The terrain flattens out and industrial monuments and old coal mines, as well as castles and truss buildings mark the way.

Havel Bike Trail
From Rheinsberg to Brandenburg
The Havel Bike Trail is a true treasure. You bike along endless lakes and the loops of the Havel through extensive meadows and fields, past castles, convents and beautiful parks. Relax in the wayside national parks natural paradise or environmentally protected areas.
On this tour you can chose between two categories:
Romantic Category: Comfortable hotels, usually 4 star standard, with a special flair, in a unique location or historical building, excellent cuisine or wellness area (not every hotel offers all the criteria listed).
Comfort Category: Good hotels and guesthouses, usually 3 star standard.

From Görlitz to Berlin
Spreewald and Brandenburg Lakes
The countryside between Görlitz and Potsdam is defiend by many things: The famous Spreewald cucumbers grow here, some villages can only be reached in boats and streets have German, as well as Sordic names. You start your tour near the Polish border and cycle through the Oberspreewald, parts of the Niederlausitz and the Brandenburg Lakes District. On the way you experience Sordic culture, Prussian pomp, lovely wet lands and lots of German history.

Germany’s second largest inland water body, about 29 km long Müritz, gives Müritz National Park its name. Experience this lovely country, so defined by its more than 130 lakes, ancient beech forests and mysterious moors. The area is thinly settled and many hotels are in the countryside, far from larger towns. We recommend this trip for people who are looking for unspoilt nature and a chance to relax in a peaceful environment, rather than lots of social and cultural activity.

The Baltic Sea Bike Trail
From Kiel to Lübeck
Modern Kiel is a cosmopolitan city with the marine flair of an old harbour town. You start your tour here and cycle along sandy beaches and through dreamy fishing villages. Once you reach Fehmarn the tour alternates between the rural areas a little further away from the coast and trails along the ocean. You will have plenty of opportunites to relax in traditional spa towns of the region before you arrive in Lübeck. The Hanseatic League town with its countless sights is the highlight of the tour.

From Saumur – Mesquer-Quimiac
The Loire crosses France from East to West. It is one of the country’s major rivers and a symbol for the nation’s unity. There is a lot to explore: The caves near Saumur the dykes near Angers and the granite cliffs by Nantes. As a final highlight you spend three days on the Atlantic coast.
