Group Discounts

6 people and more: 3% discount on flat rate price of tour
8 people and more: 5% discount on flat rate price of tour
10 people and more: 7% discount on flat rate price of tour

The group discount only applies if a single contact person deals with the entire booking process (booking, invoice, postal address for shipping of travel documents). No discount for additional services (e.g. extra nights, rental bikes, seasonal or half board surcharges,…). The group discount is subtracted from the flat rate price of the tour minus the Early Bird Bonus. 

The discount apply for all tours except Jubilee tour!

Discounts for Children

Children 4 and under travel for free! Possible additional costs for an extra children’s cot or breakfast are payable in the respective hotel.

Children from 5 to 13 receive a 25% discount from the flat rate price of the tour. Applies only if children stay in parents’ (two people paying full price) room (no more than 2 children in triple or quadruple rooms).

On tours in cooperation with a local contract partner the above discounts may apply on request. Children’s discounts cannot be combined with other discounts (Early Bird Bonus, Group Discount).

Shared Rooms

For teens (14 and older) and adults!

10% discount when staying in a shared room!

The discount applies when a third/ fourth person is staying in a triple/ quadruple room and is subtracted from the flat rate price of the tour. Discount applies for all velotours trips (except Lake Constance Special Offer) that are not in cooperation with a local contract partner. On tours in cooperation with a local contract partner the above discounts may apply on request. Shared room discounts cannot be combined with other discounts (Early Bird Bonus, Group Discount).
