After we receive your full payment via for transfer or credit card (VISA or Mastercard) to one of our accounts (we also have a Swiss account and a Austria account), we will send the travel documents to the address of the person booking (1 set of documents per room).

If you would like an extra set of documents for one of our own tours (not in cooperation with a local contract partner), we can provide you with one for 17 € including shipping within Germany.
