SOS-Service

All our rental bikes include a small repair kit with equipment to fix a flat tire or perform repairs.

You can also visit a local bicycle repair shop and have small repairs done (up to 25 €), you will be reimbursed against a receipt. In case of more serious damage please contact our service number at 07531 9828-22 and we will help as quickly as possible.
