Clients from foreign countries can conclude an insurance on the homepage www.allianz-assistance.at (select your country). Unfortunately we can't conclude the insurance for you. The conclusion of the insurance should be made when you book the journey, a later conclusion is possible until 30 days before departure. For bookings of 29 days prior to departure, the insurance is immediately at the latest in the next 3 working days to complete.
These insurance policies are not to be confused with the insolvency insurance, which is required by law and compensates the tour price paid by the customer in case of travel services not provided or trips cancelled due to insolvency of the operator. With the booking confirmation you receive a security note against insolvency, which you have to keep until the end of the trip.
